Pioneer Valley RV Park is nestled at the base of a vast 250-acre mountain in western Massachusetts, Layland Pioneer Valley boasts breathtaking private sites and direct access to nature trails that offer sweeping vistas of the Berkshire Mountains and Connecticut River Valley. Our site is conveniently located within driving range of the Six Flags New England, Springfield’s Big E, and the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Seasonal/Monthly Rates for 2024 start at $4000/$1100.

RV Campsite

RV there yet? Layland RV campsites are super expansive and private, and designed to accommodate a wide range of RVs, from Camper Vans to Big Rigs.. We’ve got full septic hookups, 50/30/20 amp power and lightning-speed internet. Dine at the picnic table or hang by the fire in our cozy Adirondack chairs.

Life at Layland means plenty of thoughtfully curated amenities so you can have your hike and shower, too.

General Store

The Layland General Store is located inside the main lodge. We’ve got you covered with the bare necessities and beyond including camping essentials, snacks and coffee to kick off your day.

Swimming Pool

Enjoy swimming in our large pool after a long day. Pool hours are 10 am – dark.

On-Site Laundry

Enjoy our brand new Laundromat! Credit Card operated.

Pet Friendly

Dogs are always welcome for no additional charge.

Nature Trail

Our property is nested on top of Sodom Mountain. We have beautiful hiking trails on site to enjoy and we are located in close proximity to the Granville gorge!

Playground

Located next to the main Lodge. Our playground offers pint-sized adventure.

Wifi

We have free WiFi throughout the campground up to 2 gb of data. We have additional wifi available for purchase (this includes increased bandwidth for streaming and video meetings).

Weekly Activities

Campfire sing-a-longs, concerts by local musicians—there’s always something going on here. Check the bulletin board for our weekly activity schedule.

Playland

Located next to the pool. Our playground offers pint-sized adventure.
